Heart of the Community Fund 2025
This year, The Ireland Funds will deliver the Heart of the Community Fund through two targeted grant rounds:
Round 1: Northern Ireland
Opens 29 May 2025
This round will focus on organisations in rural and hard-to-reach areas, particularly those:
- Supporting youth through civic leadership, employment, and ambition-building
- Addressing urgent mental health challenges in communities affected by trauma and limited opportunity.
Round 2: Republic of Ireland
Launching Autumn 2025 (dates TBC)
Applications for the Heart of the Community Fund Northern Ireland grant round will open on Thursday, 29 May 2025.
