Welcome to China

Making a Gift

Please reach out to us with your philanthropic ideas, partnership development opportunities, or CSR initiatives; we can make your cause happen. See existing causes that you can support. The dedication of our donors is a key driver behind our work. Our donors enjoy access to an extraordinary network of global supporters and events. Most importantly, a partnership with The Ireland Funds provides the opportunity to make a tangible and lasting gift that helps Ireland bridge the past and the future.

Overview

Our mission is to harness the power of a global philanthropic network of friends of Ireland to promote and support peace, culture, education and community development across the island of Ireland and among Irish communities around the world. At The Ireland Funds China, we are proud to be part of one of the largest private funding sources for innovative work across the island of Ireland.

Purpose in Greater China

We identify, monitor, fund and mentor charities and non-profits that are aligned with our global mission. We work closely with our donors and sponsors to ensure that our support is channeled in an effective and economic manner. We proactively identify, recruit and harness the friends of Ireland across the Greater China region to grow and foster an Irish diaspora network in one of the most dynamic regions of the world.

The Young Leaders Society

The Ireland Funds Young Leaders Society cultivates an emerging generation of philanthropists while providing a networking forum and connection with modern Ireland.

How we raise funds

The Ireland Funds China relies on donations from private individuals, corporations and other non-statutory sources. We host fundraising events, prize draws and auctions, from which all proceeds go towards executing our mission. We are grateful to all our donors and partners who have given generously.
