The Ireland Funds has been awarded ‘Triple Lock’ membership by the Cii, demonstrating our commitment to best practice in all aspects of transparent reporting, ethical fundraising and governance.
The Governance Code
The Ireland Funds is fully compliant with the Charities Regulator’s Governance Code. In 2020, our Board conducted a review of our organisation’s compliance in accordance with the six principles and standards outlined in the Governance Code. We can confirm that our organisation is committed to all principles and standards outlined in the Code. We commit to reviewing our organisational practice in line with the recommended actions for each principle annually.

Guidelines for Charitable Organisations Fundraising from the Public (the ‘Guidelines’)
The Ireland Funds is signed up to the Guidelines issued by the Charities Regulator.
The Ireland Funds is fully committed to achieving the standards contained within the Guidelines for Charitable Organisations Fundraising from the Public. The Guidelines exists to improve fundraising practice, promote high levels of accountability and transparency by organisations fundraising from the public, provide clarity and assurances to donors and prospective donors about the organisations they support. The Ireland Funds has considered the Guidelines and believe we meet the standards it sets out.
