The setting was Philadelphia’s Irish Pub. Owner Marc O’Connor offered the second floor of his pub at 12th and Walnut Streets for Philadelphia Young Leaders to gather in commemoration of St. Patrick on March 10, 2011.
Several people new to the Young Leaders attended as did committee members Josh McNamara and Chris Fallon. Co-chair Chris Magarity welcomed guests and encouraged attendees to become members of the Young Leaders and extended the invitation to the International Conference in Ireland in June.
The Irish Pub features its own stout recipe that was enjoyed along with a buffet and Irish music in the background by the wonderful local pub band Three Quid.
