The Global 5k Run at Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne 2016

On September 24th, 2016, the collective chapters of The Ireland Fund Young Leaders from around the world will host an event together – The Irish Run the World, a Global 5K race.

The #YLGlobal5k event will span 16 cities across 6 countries over a 20 hour period. Starting in Brisbane at 7am with the baton handed to Sydney, who are delighted to have Swans great Tadhg Kennelly join us and then over to Melboue for the official launch with global patron Olympian Sonia O’Sullivan.
 
All of the runs will be followed by our now famous and well deserved Irish BBQ!

You can show your support by registering to run for $50, creating a peer to peer fundraising page and spreading the word by joining the conversation using #YLGlobal5k.
