Sir Terry Wogan Wants You To Celebrate 25 Years
The Ireland Fund of Great Britain is delighted to announce that Sir Terry Wogan is the guest speaker at our Anniversary Party on Midsummer's Day, joining many other IFGB friends for a splendid evening in an exclusive member's only club on Pall Mall, London.
Sir Terry is a founding member of The Ireland Fund of Great Britain. Over the past 25 years he has been very active in raising funds on behalf of the less successful members of the Irish community in the UK. Many will fondly remember his famous golf days. Sir Terry was also the first recipient of The Ireland Fund of Great Britain's Bird and Bell award (the predecessor to our 'Contribution to Irish Cultural Life in the UK' award).
Renowned as a unique broadcaster and raconteur, Sir Terry epitomises the very best of Irish success in the UK and we are delighted to be able to celebrate our anniversary with him.
As part of the IFGB's past successes and future hopes, we would be delighted to see you join the party on Midsummer's Eve, 21st June, 25 years to the day since Sir Anthony O'Reilly signed the founding documents.
With all good wishes,
Sheila Bailey
