On March 14th, The Ireland Fund of Great Britain celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with a night of Irish music. The reception took place in the Commonwealth Club where guests dined on Irish stew, catered by Searcys, and Guinness. The entertainment was provided by the incredible accordionist Liam O’Connor.
Liam O’Connor and his band played throughout the night entertaining guests with their modern take on Irish music and high intensity performance. The band was accompanied by two Irish dancers who delighted the crowd with their fancy footwork and encouraged everyone to join in the merriment. The Ireland Fund of Great Britain held a draw on the night which raised valuable funds for the charities that we support and would like to thank all our supporters who made the night a huge success.
