2024 has been a phenomenal year for The Ireland Funds Great Britain and on 10th December, we rounded off the year with a Christmas celebration, gathering donors, supporters and senior executives from London and Dublin in the elegant Music Room at Killik & Co.
Guests were warmly welcomed by Executive Director, Katie Jemmett, who reflecting on the year, thanked donors for their support of projects such as our No Mind Left Behind scholarships, saying “Your support is literally changing lives…none of this would be possible without you”.
We were especially pleased to welcome Dr Stanley Quek, Chair of The Ireland Funds Singapore, and other guests and friends who had travelled for the event.
The evening featured an exciting auction, led by Robert Hoban, with phenomenal prizes, and a memorable performance of popular Christmas songs by singer Niall McNamee.
Special thanks to Jer O’Mahony and Reilly Liotta at Killik & Co for generously sponsoring the event, and to British Airways, Castlemartyr Resort, Mansion House, Glen Dimplex, Teeling Whiskey, Frkl. and Sheen Falls Lodge for donating spectacular auction and raffle prizes.
