The Ireland Funds Canada Annual Day at the Races 2019 in support of the Celtic Studies Programme at the University of Toronto, was held at Woodbine Race track on June 1st, 2019.
The horses were running well, the weather was glorious, the style was stunning and the auction items were in great demand. Race sponsors got to watch the race from the finish line and to meet the owner and the jockey of the winning horse.
An exceptional committee and group of dedicated volunteers and Ireland Funds Young Leaders ensured that everyone had a brilliant time! The Celtic Studies Programme is an excellent and extremely popular programme at the University and The Ireland Funds is delighted to hold this fundraiser on its behalf.
