Celebrating the smashing success of the recent Boston Young Leaders St. Patrick’s Celebration, the Boston Young Leaders enjoyed a rousing Spring Social at Dillon's Restaurant on Wednesday, May 22nd. American Ireland Fund New England Director Steve Greeley spoke to the group of over 75 Young Leaders and thanked the Young Leaders and St. Patrick’s Celebration chairpeople for their memorable St. Patrick’s event in March.
It was a great night for the group to get together, share Young Leader ideas, network and enjoy some great cocktails and appetizers at one of Boston’s celebrated Irish pubs located on Boylston Street. Outgoing Irish Consul General Michael Lonergan also thanked the Young Leaders for their continued hard work and the fundraising that supports so many worthy projects in Ireland and also recognized the multi-faceted support that The American Ireland Fund gives to Ireland. In true Young Leader fashion, the night continued well after its scheduled ending.
