The Ireland Funds Remote Global 5k 2021
When: Clock your 5km via the SportSplits Tracker app any time from 8am – 6pm on Saturday 18 September 2021.
Venue: Any 5km outdoor course of your choosing, we would love to see you run in your home town, and show us on social media
Our annual Global 5k will once again take place remotely in 2021.
Participants will be able to clock up their 5kms on an outdoor course of their choosing, on Saturday September 18th any time from 8am – 6pm.
We will also provide you with training & nutritional tips along the way as well as a downloadable bib to don for your run. Put a (socially distant) team together or head out solo on the trail of your choice and join friends of The Ireland Funds around the world for this unique global event.

REGISTER
- EARLY BIRD $25 for all over 16 years of age (ENDS 4 SEPTEMBER)
- FINAL PRICE $30 for all over 16 years of age (COMMENCES 5 SEPTEMBER UNTIL RACE DAY)
Under 16s free as long as accompanied by an adult.

We invite everyone to join us to run, walk, with a dog in tow or push the pram around a course of your choosing!
There will be prizes for best dressed and most iconic finish line, so print out your bib and pin it to the front of your favourite t-shirt (the more colourful the better), or a rugby, footy or GAA jersey, a previous year’s Global 5k t-shirt, or if you’d like to take part in fancy dress then go right ahead. Don’t forget to snap a selfie along the way!
