Emerald Sponsors, June and Archie Bennett hosted their entertaining Cocktail Reception and Dinner Buffet for the Irish golfers, committee members, sponsors and guests at their lovely estate home.
Their warm hospitality and Texas charm provided the perfect atmosphere for a fun gathering enjoyed by more than 90 guests. Tommy Gallagher, on behalf of the Irish golfers, presented June with a beautiful floral arrangement, and Archie with Bertha’s Revenge Irish Milk Gin.
Texas Director Darina Padian presented June with a Texas-sized orchid and a signed copy of the Seamus Heaney 100 Poems book, and Archie with Barr an Uisce Wicklow blended Irish Whiskey. The festivities continued into the early morning – a positive sign that a good time was had by all.
