Over 65 guests gathered for The Ireland Fund Young Leaders’ Information Evening at the Science Gallery, Trinity. The evening involved an overview of The Ireland Funds, the Promising Ireland Campaign and specifically the Young Leader program. Molly O'Keefe, Education Director at the National Institute of Intellectual Disability (NIID) and Maria Doherty, Programme Director of NFTE, gave an overview of their organizations and the impact funding from organizations, such as The Ireland Funds have on the services they provide.
Attendees left enthusiastic about the programme and the next Young Leader event in May.
