This occasion marked another successful year for theBryan Henderson,program and Northern Ireland graduates working in multinational corporations in the U.S. gaining invaluableCarol McHugh4 Mentorship Programexperience. The graduation ceremony was held at PwC Headquarters on Madison Avenue in New York. TheGraduates with Declan Kelly,event was attended by Kieran McLoughlin and Declan Kelly. The participants spoke about the importance ofKieran McLoughlin their experience in the U.S. and the valuable skills they would bring back to Northern Ireland and were eachpresented with an award for their dedication and hard work. On returning to Northern Ireland, graduates re-ceive career advice and guidance from The Ireland Funds and Joanne Stuart, OBE, Chairman of the Northern Ireland Steering committee for the program.
