It provided us with the support that we needed to research publish and educate on childrens welfare issues. The Ireland Funds nod of approval also helped us to raise funds from other philanthropic bodies. We cannot deliver without maintaining our independent voice and this is why The Ireland Funds support is so critical to us. TANYA WARD CEO OF CHILDRENS RIGHTS ALLIANCE The Ireland Funds are almost like a big brother to us...We spend about 80 of our time trying to raise the funds and its increasingly dicult. We try to reach as many kids as possible around the country so the support of The Ireland Funds is vital to us. To change the life of a child is a very tan- gible and rewarding thing. NIALL MCLOUGHLIN DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT IRISH YOUTH FOUNDATION The support of The Ireland Funds is a phenomenal boost for Co-operation Ireland and the many grass-roots organisations we work with on both sides of the border. This will enable us to signicantly enhance our cross-community programmes and it also complements Co-operation Irelands role in helping facilitate the normalisation of formal relationships between the UK and Ireland.
