Supporting Our Community
We connect people.
Our aim is to curate a network of likeminded individuals; people who are passionate about making a difference and to bring them together so they can connect with each other.
We channel support.
We work closely with our network of donors and supporters to understand the causes that they are passionate about and to guide and assist them to deliver the impact that they want to make with their giving.
We change lives.
The passion and commitment of our donors enable us to fund organisations across Ireland and Great Britain. We are honoured to be the stewards of that care and investment which improves so many lives and creates so many opportunities for growth.

Great Britain Young Leaders

Find out how you can get involved with our Great Britain Young Leaders who are making an impact in their community and across the island of Ireland.
How We Raise Funds
The Ireland Funds Great Britain (IFGB) does not receive or seek government funding. We rely on donations from private individuals, corporations and other non-statutory sources.
We are grateful to all our Corporate Partners who have given generously. Their contribution ensures that the maximum amount of your donation goes directly to the organisations we support, rather than on administration and fundraising costs.
Projects Supported
Each year, The Ireland Funds Great Britain supports organisations that are working hard to enrich the lives of many people in communities across Great Britain and Ireland.
These grants are made possible through our Donor Advised Grants programme and our Community Impact Fund.
Community Impact Fund & Donor Advised Grants
Community Impact Fund 2026
In 2026, The Ireland Funds Great Britain has placed a particular emphasis on the alleviation of poverty & hardship and belonging & integration. Organisations were invited to apply for funding to cover programme and core costs.
We are grateful to our many donors and friends whose support through the year makes our Community Impact Fund possible. Grateful thanks also to The Ireland Funds Great Britain Board of Directors and Grants Committee, who volunteer their time to ensure these grants are awarded to outstanding organisations delivering real impact in their communities.
Inspiring Change, Delivering Impact 2024
In addition to our Community Impact Fund which delivers grants to organisations in Great Britain and Ireland, we are pleased to work with donors to direct their philanthropy under a Donor Advised grants programme.
The 100 Club
Make a difference every month! The 100 Club is a group of committed supporters donating to The Ireland Funds Great Britain monthly.
The Ireland Funds works to promote and support peace, culture, education and community development throughout the island of Ireland, and Irish-related causes in Great Britain.
Members of The 100 Club donate £100 per month, 100% of which is directed towards IFGB’s Community Impact Fund which provides much needed funding to community and cultural organisations. Annual grants up to £10,000 are awarded to charities who apply to us for funding. All funding applications are reviewed by our Grants Committee before approval by our Board of Directors.
When you support The Ireland Funds you are not just supporting great causes, you are joining a network of people like you who care and are committed to helping The Ireland Funds to make a real difference.
