With the support of The Ireland Funds, 174 Trust renovated a historic building and transformed it into a shared creative space. Located in an area with a legacy of division and economic disadvantage, The Duncairn Centre for Culture & Arts has become one of the region’s most respected community organizations.
Long-term financial support from the Ireland Funds has facilitated:

- Supporting emerging artists through the Duncairn Centre
- Sustaining cross-community peacebuilding initiatives
- Programming that covers every age group from toddlers to senior citizens
