Claudia Cotter, Young Leaders Manager at The Ireland Funds, welcomed everyone and thanked the Committee for all their hard work and the generous sponsors: Affect Group, Armada, Griffin Healthcare Advisors and Stripe. Additionally, Claudia showed appreciation for the Board Members who sponsored the event: Ken Gorman, Suzanne Corcoran and Tara McCabe Kelly.

Claudia announced that the New York Young Leaders Committee launched the first ever Young Leaders Scholarship. She then introduced Dan Delaney, Young Leaders Committee Member who is leading the Scholarship Fund Project.

Dan shared some insight into the scholarship and the success of the fundraising so far. Dan urged others to get involved in what is a very exciting and rewarding project.
